1. Service

Jamie is an AI scheduling assistant provided by Applied Humanity Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By connecting your calendar or using Jamie to schedule meetings, you agree to these terms.

2. What Jamie does

Jamie reads your calendar availability, proposes meeting times, creates calendar events, and sends scheduling emails on your behalf. Jamie acts only on explicit requests from you or people you are scheduling with.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the calendar accounts you connect. You can disconnect your calendar at any time, which revokes Jamie's access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jamie to send spam, harass others, or for any purpose other than legitimate scheduling.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of Jamie is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access only calendar data necessary to perform scheduling. We do not sell your data.

6. Availability

Jamie is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling errors, or calendar conflicts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applied Humanity Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jamie.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jamie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
